Welcome to St. John’s C of E Primary Academy.

On behalf of all staff and the Combined Local Academy Committee, I would like to welcome you to St. John’s C of E Primary Academy. We are a one-form entry primary academy situated within the town of Wednesbury. 

At St. John’s, we are a family. We aim to give every child the best start possible to their education and believe every child is unique. We are a family here. Our curriculum is broad and challenging.  Lessons are exciting and are given a purpose by building on prior learning.  We try to provide our children with as many broad experiences as possible to make learning memorable. 

We are a 'Good' school in all areas (Ofsted, February '23). Ofsted said, "The school is a calm and orderly place in which to learn" and pupils "achieve well and are proud of their successes." As well as this, they observed that, "There is a strong sense of pastoral care across the school," and "Pupils' welfare is taken seriously by all staff."
